William R. Olsen

William (Bill) Olsen has been professionally engaged in IT for more than 30 years. He has industry certifications including CCP, CSP, CNA, ACE, ITIL Foundation, and ITIL Intermediate, and is a certified penetration specialist. Currently, Bill is Vice President, Information Technology and the CIO at NV Energy.

In addition to his efforts with CyberSmartNV, Bill is a member of the Nevada Commission on Homeland Security Cyber Security Committee, the Attorney General’s Cyber Crime Task Force, and the Nevada Public Safety Communications Committee, all appointed by the Governor. Bill is also a member of the UNLV Community Advisory Board for the Computer Science Department, the UNLV Cyber Security Advisory Committee, and the College of Southern Nevada Computer Technology Community Advisory Board.

Debbie Banko

Debbie is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Link Technologies, an IT professional services firm established in 2000. Her customer focus, commitment to quality, and over thirty years of consulting experience continue to be the driving force for Link’s growth and success.
Outside of her role at Link, Debbie is a champion for causes that expand the IT workforce. In addition to serving on the board of CyberSmartNV, she is a major supporter of SIM Las Vegas and TechImpact, and has volunteered her time on the Governor’s Workforce Investment Board, the TechImpact board, and the Nevada IT Symposium committee.

Margaret Taylor

Ms. Taylor, a resident of Nevada for 40 years, earned her MBA from UNLV in 1987, a BS-Business Admin-MIS from UNLV in 1985, and an AAS-Data Processing from CSN in 1983. She worked in the IT industry for more than 35 years and held positions as a Programmer, Systems Analyst, Project Manager, Software Development Department Manager, and Software Quality Assurance Manager. She started teaching at CSN as a member of the part-time faculty in 1980 and became a member of the full-time faculty in 2004. She is currently Computing & Information Technology Department Chair.

Of the many professional endeavors Ms. Taylor is involved with, she is most passionate about the state of Digital Literacy and Cybersecurity education in Nevada.

Vince Macri

Vince’s career has been dedicated to Information Systems which has spanned both the private and public sector. This has encompassed 10 years in the major hotel and gaming industry and 20 years in the transportation industry at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas as a network engineer and supervisor. This includes responsibility for leading the telecommunications engineering team which supports multiple critical large enterprise operational networks, information systems security, assessments and wireless at Clark County Department of Aviation.

Joshua Leavitt

Joshua Leavitt is the Tech Impact's Regional Director of Nevada, a non-profit focused on workforce development in Nevada. He is an accomplished senior executive with a strong background in information systems management, marketing, crisis management, and business operations. With over 15 years of CIO experience, he has an extensive track record in developing strategic initiatives and accomplishing key business goals. Joshua is highly involved in fostering IT education and workforce development in Nevada. He is President of the SIM Las Vegas Chapter, Las Vegas Chapter member of NCWIT, Advisory Board member of Cimarron Highschool’s MERIT academy, and a member of the Nevada Department of Education’s LifeWorks Steering Committee.

Shaun Rahmeyer is the Administrator for the Nevada Office of Cyber Defense Coordination. In this capacity, Shaun is responsible for coordinating the protection of Nevada cyberinfrastructure, incident response and investigation, and strategic cybersecurity planning and management.

Lee Marsters

Lee Marsters is a Cyber Intelligence Analyst for the Nevada Office of Cyber Defense Coordination. In this capacity, Lee analyzes cyber trends in the State of Nevada, aids in the coordination of strategic cybersecurity initiatives, cyber incident response and reporting, and statewide cybersecurity exercises and training.
